Matt Ruzic, CPA, CVA, FMVA

Matt is a partner in Sisterson’s assurance services practice. He joined the firm in 2007 and has experience providing assurance and consulting services to clients and leading IFRS and IAS audits. As a Certified Valuation Analyst and Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst, Matt helps clients prepare for sales through developing business valuation reports and providing due diligence services such as quality of earnings engagements, cash flow projections, and internal controls reviews.  He primarily services clients in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, private investment companies, and emerging growth. Additionally, Matt has developed expertise in the areas of not-for-profit and foundations. Matt leads the firm’s Quality Control Program, Internal Inspection, and Peer Review for the assurance services practice. Matt is also a member of the firm’s Technical Standards Update Committee, which keeps the firm informed of new accounting or auditing standards.

Matt enjoys Cleveland sports and his children's sports. He and his wife live in Gibsonia with their two children.
